Select-Tech, Inc. is the ambulance remount/repair facility and emergency parts distributor located in Shelbyville, TN. We were founded in 1995 by Steve Feldhaus.

We also custom build all aluminum diamond plate & stainless parts such as running boards, rear bumpers, rub-rails, rock-guards. All metal parts are fabricated in-house at Select-Tech.

Steve has been in the ambulance manufacturing industry since 1978. Steve worked in all aspects of fabrication for First Ambulance Center of Tennessee (F.A.C.T) starting in 1978. After graduating from Tennessee Tech University in 1988 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Steve continued with F.A.C.T as designer/engineer of their modular ambulances. F.A.C.T was later sold which allowed Steve to start his own company in 1995 specializing in ambulance remounts & repairs.
Steve is married to Jennifer and has three children – Kayla, Blake and Scott.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chris began with Select-Tech in 2006. Chris handles the parts sales and purchasing.
Chris is married to Lindsey and has two children – Caden and Leah.
